It's the government mandated equivalent of the “Do Not Call” registry for you credit score. Now most of you know, I research stuff before I advocate it. Mostly because I'm a cynical, pessimistic jerk, but also because I detest, nay loathe, bad advice. And I like my friends and want them to stay that way.
